## What happened

Functions like `state()` and `computed()` only work after the compiler rewrites them. This call ran as plain JavaScript, so it threw.

The error message reads:

## How to fix it

Move the call into a `.tsrx` file. Do not call these functions from a plain `.ts` or `.js` file.
