**Error** from the compiler, while it builds your `.tsrx` files.

## What happened

Markless prints the message, the reason, and a suggestion:

MARKLESS_IMPORTED_SYMBOL_CLAIMS_MISSING: MARKLESS_IMPORTED_SYMBOL_CLAIMS_MISSING: Parent module <parent> composes imported child <specifier>, whose symbols must be bound by the parent, but the child's symbol claims were not published when the parent linked it.
Linking without the child claims silently drops the parent-bound symbol rows, so the child handlers would not resolve after resume.
This is a linker ordering defect: the child must finish compiling in this environment before its parent links it.
